Since I was a little girl, my answer to the question ‘What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?’ was always ‘To Be Fit & Healthy’ (quickly followed by ‘A Veterinarian’). It’s just something that came naturally to me. Growing up, I didn’t understand how other people didn’t value their own Health & Fitness like I did. I wanted to change that.

I remember the first time I trialled for a sports team (in my Primary years). I didn’t make it and another friend of mine did. I was absolutely gutted & vouched to never miss out again. So I trained harder & made the team every year following. There was one game I remember thinking ‘I’m not enjoying myself’, & realised it was because I wasn’t fit enough. It was too hard. From that moment on, I’ve aimed to keep fit so I can enjoy what I do. Is that something that resonates with you?

I left school not having a clue what I wanted to do, so thought I might as well do something I love & I’ll either find a career in it, or spend a few years doing what I enjoy. This is where I began my career in the Fitness Industry. I have now been involved in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years from Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructing, Sports Team Conditioning & Coaching.

Fitness is a true passion of mine & I love I can share my passion to help transform the lives of others. I believe your health is your number one priority to enable you to be able to do the things you love in life. My goal is to pass on my passion of Health & Fitness to my clients & help make it a part of their everyday life. Providing workouts to fit their busy lifestyle & goals. Helping them transform not just their bodies but their mindset too, to help them lead happier, healthier lives.

The hardest part is taking that first step. I’ll be your accountability partner & I will motivate you to be the best you can be. You bring your energy & you will get the results!
